Director of Institutional Effectiveness

If you are an individual who is analytical, detail oriented and has exceptional organization skills, our Director of Institutional Effectiveness position may be the ideal opportunity for you.  As a key member of our management team, you will play an integral role assisting our Executive Committee in analyzing our institutional effectiveness indices.  This position will also lead our efforts to become a regionally accredited institution.  Below is a detailed description of the position:

 

 Director of Institutional Effectiveness

 

The Director of Institutional Effectiveness, under the direct supervision of the President, coordinates the identification, implementation, and review of institutional effectiveness indices. Responsibilities also include collaborating in the institutional research function and facilitating ongoing processes for institutional planning and evaluation. Another major area of responsibility is leadership in institutional compliance through knowledge of systems and through data management and analysis. Incumbent must assure that the EDMC philosophy: quality services to clients; development, growth, involvement, and recognition of employees; sound economic principles; and environment which is conducive to innovation, positive thinking and expansion - is considered in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position.

 

Key Job Elements:

4.  Provide leadership in institutional compliance through knowledge of systems and through data management and analysis.

Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Knowledge:

a) Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

b) Minimum of 5 years experience in progressively responsible positions in post-secondary education.

c. Previous experience with regional accrediting agencies highly desirable.

Skills:

a) Excellent oral and written communication skills.

b) Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

c). Excellent skills in computer systems and data management.

Abilities:

a) Understanding of research processes and data analysis.

b) Understanding of the School mission and programs.
