S., Canada, France, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates and offer doctoral, master's, bachelors, and associate degrees and diploma and certificate programs We currently have the following opportunity available: Director of Media Compliance The Director of Media Compliance (DMC) has responsibility for ensuring the training and review consistency of the Media Compliance team. The DMC maintains the Media Compliance Handbook and ensures that this team has consistent and accurate resource materials including. The DMC will proactively establish and maintain partnerships within the department, other corporate staff, and business unit staff to promote shared communication and team oriented solutions to issues regarding school marketing materials. The DMC will also develop, conduct and enhance training workshops for marketing partners/vendors in an effort to enable them to better understand the nuances of our expectations as well as the criteria that govern our marketing. • Mentor and support the Media Compliance Team (direct oversight of all Media Compliance staff) • Maintain and enhance the Media Compliance Handbook • Investigate, mediate and/or resolve questions/concerns regarding media approvals through an established escalation process • Direct liaison to the Vice Presidents of Compliance and business unit teams on system wide marketing issues and trends • Partner with the Legal Department on issues stemming from marketing • Research and facilitate the correction of discrepancies found within resources • Conduct Media Compliance training for business unit’s and vendors, expanding outreach as needed • Partner with Learning and Student Services Department to ensure resource accuracy and consistency • Maintain the framework for admissions representatives and work with business unit admissions staff to implement • Provide compliance support to schools as assigned by the VP of Regulatory Review. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required. • At least 5 years related professional experience. • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply multiple sets of regulations to an individual situation • Excellent written and oral communication, project management, computer, conceptual, and analytical skills • Detail oriented with organized and methodical work habits • Timely in providing response to requests for approval • Decisiveness, flexibility, and an ability to adapt to an environment of intense growth and change. • The ability to sell concepts and ideas without having direct control or responsibility in all instances • Knowledge of and experience with state licensing and/or accreditation standards in a highly-regulated industry Career Education Corporation offers top salaries and a comprehensive benefit program that includes: Medical, Dental, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program and Tuition Assistance.
