We focus on the following: Development initiatives that further business goals Leadership skills enhancement at all levels Team performance needs analysis and program design Delivery capability that enables multi-site strategy Online learning and performance management tools This position will develop and implement an e-learning strategy allowing us to leverage our online learning management system and enhance our ability to deliver effective, flexible and cost efficient learning options to an increased number of employees regardless of their location. Key Focus:   Accountable to identify, develop and implement e-learning solutions that align with business goals Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management to create e-learning strategy for US Division Support the L&D team on incorporating e-learning solutions where a blended learning approach is appropriate Consult with business partners to recommend best practice solutions for e-learning medium when applicable Identify critical business issues; assure the connection of e-learning programs to the business needs Manage e-learning programs through our Learning Management System (LMS); includes coordinating vendor external programs using AICC or SCORM compliance Display an understanding of strategy, structure, financial position and systems of John Hancock Financial Services Collaborate with senior management to assign task and project responsibility to team or external resources Manage medium to large projects within the team or across business lines within time, budget and quality measurements, through the development and execution of documented project plans.
