Zoni Language Centers has immediate FT and PT opportunities for ESL Teachers in our Midtown Manhattan, Queens (Jackson Heights and Flushing), and West New York, NJ campuses.



 

Responsibilities include:Preparing lesson plans and instructing adults in ESL courses Monitoring student performance Advising students on progress Administering written and oral exams Taking student attendance Grading student exams Other duties as directed 

 

 Requirements:Candidates must have a BA in Education, Communication, or any related field 1 year of ESL adult teaching experience in a classroom setting (sorry, tutoring and volunteer work does not meet this requirement)

  orCertificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL certificate)


NOTE: Applicants who have obtained their education outside the US and its territories must have proof that their academic degree has been validated as an equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's degree, conferred by a regionally accredited college or university in the U.S. – this is not a service provided by Zoni.
