Position Available in the Youth Services Division at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA), Tarzana Site
The Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA) is a world-renowned organization that has helped to improve the lives of adults and children with autism and other developmental disabilities for 25 years. We are currently recruiting a Manager in our Early and Intermediate Intervention Service to oversee non-aversive behavioral programs for children with autism. Candidate must have at least two years experience working with children with autism utilizing the techniques of applied behavior analysis, specifically discrete trial training. Special interest given to candidates with supervisory experience. Candidate must possess MA or MS in Psychology, Social Work, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis.
Full Time (40 hours per week)Medical and Dental InsurancePaid Time Off401 K Retirement PlanMileage StipendCompetitive Pay (salary range: $45,000-65,000 depending on experience)
