Elementary Assistant Principal- Private Academy

Chesterbrook Academy, part of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. (NLCI), a leading national provider of private elementary education is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.


In this role, you will assist the school Principal in the operation and management of the school including: staff supervision and development, parent and community relations, marketing, customer relations, financial management, quality control and maintenance of the physical facility. You will oversee the delivery of the curriculum, help with training and staff development and establish strong working relationships with the community. We are an industry leader in the education field, and our highly qualified staff and innovative programs are second to none. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education; Master's degree preferred.
Previous supervisory or administration expertise desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational including keen attention to detail.
NC teacher certification a plus.
Customer focused and ability to market the school to the community at large
