EVENT AND CONFERENCE SERVICE ASSOCIATE – Located in the Beautiful Misselwood facility, the position provides administrative support for an extremely busy and successful part of Endicott College.  The individual will work closely with the members of the Event and Conference Services Department to coordinate events such as weddings, conferences, receptions, dinners, etc.  and serves as a resource to clients concerning these gatherings.   A Bachelor degree is required for this job.  Must have demonstrated knowledge of word processing, email, data entry and retrieval, processing deposits, faxing, filing, answering phones and scheduling of appointments.  Must be able to assist with emergency coverage for evenings and weekends when needed.  The successful candidate will be extremely customer oriented.  Look at our web site:  www.endicott.edu and click on Misslewood on the left hand side to see the exciting surroundings and professional people with whom you would be working.
