Executive Assistant, $40-50k+, Washington DC

Outstanding educational non-profit seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer at their central office in DC.  The finance and operations group emphasizes a team-oriented work environment and is looking for an energetic professional that will be excited to learn new skills and contribute to the organization’s overall success.In this position, you will: Directly support the COO with calendar scheduling, agendas, organization of paper/electronic files and incoming/outgoing mail Coordinate internal meetings and take minutes Create and maintain vendor files for accounts payable Draft and edit communication materials such as emails, letters and memos on behalf of the COO Receive and process important financial documents including confidential bank statements Manage a contact database and assist with any relevant notifications or mail-outs to this group Special projects as neededTo be considered, qualified candidates should demonstrate: 2-3+ years experience supporting an executive in a professional environment Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and ability to independently complete tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please forward your resume to jobs@acsysinc.com and reference job code CCA.  This is a direct-hire, permanent position and no relocation assistance will be provided.
