The Field Recruiter plays a critical role in forwarding CCLC’s mission by providing leadership, training, consultation and expertise in recruiting while supporting strategic staffing goals to attract a high-quality, high performing, and diverse workforce.
Job Responsibilities: Provides resources and coaching for Regional Directors and Center Directors in areas of recruitment and staffing including but not limited to candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection, systems and tools, and hiring in line with business strategy and objectives. Proactively develops regional candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods and positive community relations. Manages regional advertising campaigns including campus-related activities. Ensures that recruitment efforts provide a highly positive experience for candidates and community partners. Ensures that recruitment and staffing processes comply with CCLC policies and procedures and with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations. Identifies, communicates and implements recruitment process improvement and supports complex projects that strengthen recruitment and staffing efforts. Communicates regularly and effectively with appropriate team members. Makes work visible through weekly reporting and measuring effectiveness of efforts.

Experience and Education Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of three years experience in a staffing-related role Progressively responsible work history related to recruitment and staffing in a multi-site organization Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

§ Effectively consults, negotiates and presents solid business cases for staffing initiatives to partners at all levels.
§ Strong knowledge of principles and practices of staffing and human resource management and the ability to apply that knowledge effectively.
§ Knowledge of general Human Resources practices and procedures.
§ Project management skills, including measurement, reporting and financial analysis.
§ Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships that will generate a positive perception of CCLC and to develop long-term sustainable networks, including relationships with targeted placement offices, professors, and college recruitment teams.
§ Computer proficiency using Windows-based software including Word and Access. Experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
