FACILITIES COORDINATOR Job Description At Texas Culinary Academy, students have the opportunity to receive Le Cordon Bleu's world-renowned culinary training in one of America's premier college towns.Located in a region rich in culinary tradition, Austin, TX offers a thriving art, music and restaurant scene, and was recently ranked the second best place to live in the country by both Money magazine and Men's Journal. We are seeking a facility professional for the following opportunity: FACILITIES COORDINATORResponsibilities: Maintain mailing supplies/inventory, copier contracts and US Postal machine/contract. Update and distribute employee extension/telephone list on a monthly basis. Issue and/or maintain security and parking cards for student population, faculty and staff. Monitor the maintenance of existing installations/interiors. Manage out-source firms (security, maintenance, janitorial) Coordinate major repairs/renovations. Monitor HVAC and electrical issues. Insure thorough daily inspections ensuring the facility meets the highest standards. Coordinate purchase orders and procurement for supply replenishment, building materials and other items regarding facility maintenance and upkeep. Complete facility preparation for all orientation, pre-registration, and student appreciation events, including setup, cleanup and pre/post event maintenance where required.Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent combined with relevant experience; Associates degree preferred. 1 year experience of facility coordination.
