The primary role of the Field Admissions Military Recruiter is to selectively prospect, interview, and enroll active duty, National Guard, Reservists, and Veterans of the US Military into a qualified career-focused Aircraft Maintenance Technology, HVAC, or Construction Management Training program. Redstone College offers associate degree programs in Aviation Technology, Construction Management, and HVAC/R.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in the organization, the Representative must be willing to travel to various military bases, military events, and have a strong desire to achieve results and be a part of a winning team. Other essential responsibilities include: *Generating leads from military bases and military events and conducting interviews with interested prospects * Facilitating the enrollment process for the students through consistent follow-up Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent related, Bachelor’s preferred • One to three years of sales or recruitment experience, previous military experience or recruitment preferred • Ability to work in performance based position and sales driven environment • Passion for results, solid work ethic, and a winning attitude • Excellent phone skills and ability to travel up to 80% of each month • Strong track record of sales or recruiting success • Ability to work a flexible schedule (two evenings per week required) • Professional appearance and demeanor *Reliable transportation and travel required CORE COMPETENCIES • Integrity – must think and act ethically and honestly • Results Oriented - must maintain focus on outcomes and accomplishments.
