Pearson is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.The Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking business efficiency/success indicators, reporting these metrics to Senior Management, and working with the broader finance team and other stakeholders to influence value-enhancing decisions within the business. The analyst will also perform various financial analyses as required to support the sales and marketing functions of the business. Responsibilities:'Perform revenue and sales pipeline forecasts'Track and report on various business indicators on a weekly basis'Drive the forecasting and execution of the sales commission process'Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis or other duties as needed 'Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field'Excellent problem solving and analytical skills'Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal'Ability to influence others with data and persuasive communication'Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others'Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
