Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for Data Entry into the Oracle HRMS system. Research daily audit reports and update system appropriately. User Acceptance Testing as needed. Job Responsibilities: Essential Functions:· Data entry for Field Employee Records· Run daily audit reports.· Keep HRIS email box updated.· Perform user acceptance testing.Non-essential Functions:· Participate in special projects as assigned.· Other related duties as assigned. Adaptability Requirements –Moderate: Position requires a moderate degree of adaptability.  Incumbent will need to be flexible to adjust to changing needs of Department.  Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Incumbent will have long periods of sitting and frequent phone use.   Experience and Education:· High school diploma required· 1 - 2 year’s experience in Microsoft and Oracle preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:· Excellent interpersonal skills required.· Proficiency with computers required, including Oracle, and all Microsoft applications.· Excellent organizational skills required.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· General understanding of Human Resource regulations and laws preferred.    We offer a comprehensive benefits package, childcare discount and more!
