HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR Job Description International Academy of Design & Technology The Academy is a leading provider of post secondary education offering associate and bachelor degree programs in Digital Audio Production, Digital Photography, Digital Media Animation, Fashion Design & Merchandising, Interior Design and Graphic Design.We are looking for an experienced HR professional for the following key role:HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR Nashville, TNThe Human Resource Coordinator is responsible to perform all the relevant duties below within the respective HR area: Field basic HR related questions to a certain extent Process enrollment and changes for medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, 401k, ESPP, life insurance and transit passes Manage all requirements for FMLA, STD and LTD leaves Track and maintain tuition assistance applications and payments, employee referral fees, personnel requisitions, and salary changes Creates and maintains employee personnel files Process employee background checks Request phone extension, computer security access and business cards for new employees Create and maintain organization charts for all departments within college, school and university As requested by HR Manager/Director, posts open jobs on E-Sources and in local newspapers as well as maintains any in-house job boards Print and deliver resumes to hiring managers Schedule individual and group interviews with hiring managers and all employees responsible for the hiring decision Generate all new hire paperwork, orientation materials and any benefits related material to get the candidate hired At the instruction of the HR Manager/Director and hiring manager, generates formal offer letters to candidates Compile basic HR data and information as requested by management, create documents and send correspondence as neededRequirements: High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum one year Human Resource experience Adhere to the strictest code of confidentiality Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational and time management skills High ethical standards Strong sense of integrity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities Strong team player Excel and Word applicationsPlease apply online at: http://cec.net-apply.com/12158 EOE/AA. m/f/d/v Apply Online: http://cec.net-apply.com/12158
