HVAC Service Salesperson

Currently, an opportunity exists for a Direct Sales Account Manager for the Indiana District.  The successful candidate will work from the Indianapolis, Fort Wayne or South Bend, IN sales office.

 

The Trane Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with a customer base consisting of building owners in the following markets; Medical/Healthcare, Education, Government, Industrial, Commercial and Retail markets.  Our Account Managers provide solutions to our customers with a portfolio of products such as service agreements, equipment replacement, as well as integrated building automation systems.

 

The Account Manager should possess:Account Management Skills.Sales Experience in a vertical market.  Preferably Medical/Healthcare, Education or Government.Experience selling to financial oriented buyers.Experience selling to executives and organizations with board members.Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.Mechanical aptitude.

 

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
