In this front-line role, the candidate will work closely with students to provide an exceptional educational experience. The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows: * Serve as the main point of contact for student-related immigration issues; manage the SEVIS records of all F-1 and J-1 students and short-term scholars. * Support the Campus Manager in facilities management.* Assist with the development, promotion and implementation of a monthly student activity program which meets the needs of Hults international community. * Active outreach and guidance to incoming students who are relocating to Boston.* Assist with annual orientation and graduation.* Assist with coordination and distribution of a brief weekly newsletter. Same with thisManage and organize student files and forms.* Provide daily support via email, phone and in-person to our student body of over 150 students.The hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. In addition, this person will be responsible for providing supervision of evening programs at least once per month.To excel in this position, you must have outstanding customer-service skills and be able to maintain your composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexibility and positive-attitude are a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical. Candidates with knowledge of F and J visa regulations, international experience and language skills are highly preferred. Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and three to five years of appropriate experience working with international students or in a student-related field.
