Position Description – Three Positions Anticipated

2 Instructional assistant/ paraprofessional positions within classrooms serving medically fragile students with multiple disabilities ages 12-22.  Position entails assisting teacher with all instructional and functional activities within the classroom, from organizing materials, assisting students with accessing activities, to collecting data, to toileting, to preparation of classroom materials.

1 (One)  Instructional assistant/paraprofessional position within public day school serving middle to high school students with emotional/behavioral and learning disabilities.  Position entails supervision/monitoring of staff, implementing behavioral and clinical plans, milieu counseling, assisting with structure and routine of school day, and data collection.

Position Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associates or bachelor’s preferred. Experience with population strongly desired.

 

 

Salary Range:  Variable with experience and education
