IT Audit ManagerThe IT Audit Manager is a newly developed position reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Audit.  This new position will provide the candidate a unique opportunity to build the IT audit portion of the IA complement of services.  Strong candidates will have excellent communication skills and a desire to build new processes and relationships.    Scope:ü  Conducts internal IT system audits and internal consultative projects, identifying risks and making recommendations for mitigation of risks.  ü  Prepares, coordinates and delivers audit reports.ü  Subject matter expert in technology, IT general controls and business process/application controls.ü  Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Job Complexity: ü  Plans and executes technical, general controls and business process/application controls audits; performs systems development/conversion, and technical infrastructure reviews.  ü  Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current KLC business trends. ü  Follows KLC and IA department processes, policies and procedures in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.ü  Plans and directs the completion of IT area audit coverage based on corporate risks.ü  Understands basic COSO and COBIT framework and application of industry IT standards.ü  Acts as advisor to supervised staff to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.ü  Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements. Interaction:ü  Frequently interacts with a cross group of IA Department staff and KLC peer group managers.ü  Interacts with senior IT management and executives.ü  Communicates IT vulnerabilities and exposures to business line management in an understandable layman language.ü  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills required. ü  Strong comprehension of operations, processes and business objectives, utilizing knowledge to balance recommending process and control improvements with efficiency enhancements.Education/Licenses/Experience:ü  Bachelors degree required with emphasis in Information Systems.ü  Advanced certification(s) preferred (e.g. CISA, CFE, CIA, CPA).ü  5+ years related experience; IT audit experience strongly preferred.ü  Oracle experience preferred.   We offer a comprehensive benefits package, childcare discount and more!
