Infant/Toddler Head Teacher

Hanover Place Child Care is currently interviewing for an Infant/Toddler Head Teacher position. The position is full time. We seek early childhood educational staff who have the ability to work collaboratively on a teaching team. The candidate must have successful infant/toddler teaching experience and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Hanover Place Child Care is a comprehensive day care facility that serves children between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years. We provide full day child care services and Universal Pre-Kindergarten. We strive to create an optimal learning environment where children are the creators of their own learning.

Minimum job requirements: High school diploma & 2 years experience leading a classroom,

Associate's degree preferred

We are conveniently located in downtown Brooklyn and are easily accessible by car, bus, subway or LIRR. Responsibilities include: educational assistance, classroom management, lesson preparation, and child supervision.
