The selected individual will • Solicit sales of the RegEd / Division of Fiserv, products and/or services by telephoning potential customers. • Inform customers of organization's products and/or services and benefits over competitive offerings. • Secure leads and complete appropriate profiling of enterprise clients. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:Reports to EVP, Sales and MarketingRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Profiling financial services clients to attain appropriate contacts for the RegEd products• Generate leads for all RegEd products by identifying new sales cycles• Support our senior sales professionals with special projects and other tasks with the overall goal to increase RegEd sales effectiveness• Sells RegEd products and services via the telephone.• Use a computerized system for customer relationship management, tracking, and information gathering• Performs other duties as required.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline is required. • Equivalent work experience may be substituted. Job Related Experience: • Typically two to three years experience in telephone / inside sales with a proven track record of success. • Any background in securities / insurance industry sales is desirable, but not required.Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: • Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills. • Skill in sales and negotiating techniques. • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel • Familiar with various database systems • Persistence • Ability to learn quickly • Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each. • Must possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. RegEd provides an excellent benefits package for full-time employees.
