Description

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This opportunity requires the Inside Sales Representative to sell our technical training and education to large corporations that employ network systems engineers. The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager and is responsible for the account management and retention of existing Ascolta business, as well as the development of new business opportunities. The successful Inside Sales Representative is a motivated and focused individual who will be assigned a sales territory.  Within that territory they will be responsible for the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying, negotiating and closing customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Built and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
• Cold call into existing and new accounts.
• Resolves customer issues/problems in a timely manner.
• Works in close partnership with local representatives in day-to-day functions.
• In-Depth understanding of basic office software

COMPENSATION
• The compensation plan for Inside Sales representative is created to reward those who
  meet and exceed revenue targets and other agreed-upon objectives.
• Top performers will be rewarded with un-capped commissions in addition to a base
  salary. ($34,000 base salary with 1st year realistic earnings of 44,000+ with no cap on 
commissions)
