Job Summary:
Provide professional guidance, direction, and evaluation in training system development and operation related to the development of technology-based training solutions. Ability to conduct analysis to determine training requirements. Ability to select instructional media, materials and learning equipment. Ability to design and develop training in a systematic manner. Experience in the design and development of technology-based training systems.
Education:
MA/MS in instructional technology, psychology, education, behavioral science or closely related field from an accredited college or university and 5 years experience in the design and development of multimedia training products
BA/ BS from an accredited college or university and 8 years experience in the design and development of multimedia training products.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
