Walgreens Learning Services seeks an Instructional Designer to join its fast growing Walgreens Health Services Training and Performance Support GroupEssential Skills:As a member of the WHS Training and Performance Support team you will:- Consult with WHS’ leadership to drive organizational performance through the development of innovative, well-designed training and performance improvement programs.- Analyze complex subject matter and performance improvement challenges to determine the most effective solutions to those challenges.- Design and develop e-learning, instructor led and non-training interventions. - Develop evaluations and assessments to determine the selected solutions’ business impact.- Plan and manage project timelines.- Develop and manage relationships with client sponsors and subject matter experts.- Research and evaluate vendor created products.- Work in a team environment to accomplish the goals of the organizationQualifications:Demonstrated experience in instructional design, consulting, or a related field.- Undergraduate degree in instructional design, education, or English preferred.- Excellent writing skills, including experience writing for the web and video.- Excellent verbal communication skills, including formal presentation skills.- Strength in building professional relationships.- Demonstrated project planning and monitoring skills.
