The Inventory Control Manager based at our Greenville, Wisconsin corporate headquarters is responsible for leading a team of Forecasting and Inventory Planners to ensure the accuracy and desired performance of the Company's inventory levels.  Primary responsibilities include:  providing day to day leadership to Forecasting and Inventory Planning team; creating and monitoring reports to ensure the Company's inventory is properly valued and that it is quantitatively accurate; creating and monitoring reports that parse inventory into meaningful segments and tracks the movement and performance of those segments; identifying and modeling opportunities to improve inventory performance; tracking the consequences of inventory changes; recommending actions to address inventory anomalies and exceptions; and developing ad hoc reports as needed.  Occasional travel required.

 

We seek an individual with a minimum of five years purchasing experience, a minimum of three years database management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, a high level of expertise with Access, Excel and Cognos, proven leadership skills, excellent problem analysis skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business.
