Location: Gaithersburg, MDYour location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend Hudson Highland is seeking a LAMP Technical Team Lead to join the IT Department of a fast growing online retailer.    The Role: In this role, you will lead a team of 3-4 Developers and maintain their existing platform while at the same time working with a strong external partner on development of their next generation technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting edge development with a talented external team as your partner. You’ll be working hand in hand with a Project Manager to manage the team’s projects and a Business Analyst to create functional and technical specifications.  Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Technical Team Leader and 5+ yrs of hands-on PHP, Apache, MySQl and Linux development. Be able to balance legacy systems and PHP platform development Knowledge of Object Oriented programming and development Development with open source and commercial e-commerce systems. Knowledge of the newest PHP and LAMP open source technologies Believe that software development is meant to be iterative and adaptive.
