LEARNING FACILITATOR

Description:Responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating initial and ongoing learning for specific operational positions including Collectors, Team Leads, and Collection Managers; monitor performance to ensure new and current employees are effective and profitable.Qualifications:oHigh School or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree with major course work in education, communication, business administration, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
