Lead Instructor - Criminal Justice

Participate in student events and student orientations Plan and implement CJ student activities, i.e. guest speakers, field trips, etc. Maintain expertise in Criminal Justice area and benchmark and recommend improvements in CJ curriculum design. Implement, maintain and sustain CJ student professional associations Implement academic support for CJ students Motivate CJ students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process Meet administrative obligations including record keeping, scheduling, advising and tutoring.  General Requirements: Minimum of 3 years  teaching experience Minimum of 3 years practical work experience in the field Great Communication Skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to inspire faculty and students Display a customer focus at all times Excellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills Consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity Proven track record of project completions Preferred:Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice or related field required, Masters Degree preferred.  Kaplan Higher Education offers benefits to eligible employees, including health care, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, sick, and holiday time, plus a 401(k) plan  If you would like to be a part of the CHI student experience, send resume along with salary history    CHI is an Equal Opportunity Employer
