Library Administrator II/ Supervisor, Ordering Unit - 08452
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or training; 2-3 years of previous work experience in libraries; understanding of the publishing industry as it relates to library acquisitions; reasoning skills and ability to make sound judgments; flexibility and adaptability to change; outstanding interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills; aptitude for application of automation tools to enhance workflow. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated supervisory ability. Basic knowledge of current cataloging rules and MARC21 format. Demonstrated ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software and operate with a current Windows operating system. Knowledge of one or more Western European language(s). No relocation assistance is provided for this position.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
