Required: BS degree in Finance, MBA (preferred) and 5+ years experience with financial modeling, financial planning, forecasting and financial analysis. Current investment banking experience required. Strong MS Excel skills are necessary, along with excellent communication skills making presentations to Sr. Management and clients (investors).
Prospective candidates must possess experience with public debt offerings & the appropriate modeling, and must understand the larger picture of the financial needs of the company & how public offerings or debt offerings impact the balance sheets and liquidity & ratios.
