Huntington Learning Center, founded in 1977, is the nation's oldest provider of supplemental education.
The mission of Huntington Learning Center is to give every student the best education possible. We accomplish this through individualized instruction based on the results of each student's diagnostic testing results.

Huntington Learning Center invests in your personal and professional growth by providing you with education and training opportunities to keep current in your field. Everyone wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges.
The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that every student who attends the center receives the best education possible. They will meet with parents on an on-going basis to ensure commitment to the Huntington program. He or she will report to the Center Director and will be responsible for specific operational goals. These include revenue, marketing, and cost management goals. He or she must love working with students of all ages and have experience demonstrating this.
Candidate Requirements: BA / BS required Teaching / Counseling / Coaching experience preferred Teaching certificate is highly desirable, but not required Communication and listening skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationships People skillsEffective decision making skills -- ability to analyze information and consider priorities Effective leadership and management skills in a changing environment Capable of profit and loss responsibility for an organization through setting financial goals and creating and managing budgets Excellent people skills including delegation, giving feedback, promoting teamwork, and performance management. Able to handle customer concerns in a calm and positive manner.
