MARKETING DIRECTOR

QUALIFICATIONS
Develop and implement strategic, comprehensive, and integrated communication and marketing plan to strengthen the College’s image locally and regionally. Emphasize College’s unique identity and qualities that appeal to its key audiences. Bachelors degree required in marketing, communications, business, or closely related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum 7 years full time experience in marketing, preferably in a college setting. Experience in development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing plans. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, management skills. Able to lead high performance team. Knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, personnel management. In depth understanding of the Internet as a marketing tool and as state of the art Internet marketing strategies. Experience with tracking systems for online and print marketing strategies. Proficient in PC and Mac systems. Advanced skills in conducting, analyzing, and applying market research.  Salary range low to mid $60’s.
