Job Summary - This position is responsible for completing assigned tasks involving conference marketing.
This includes: identifying, implementing and tracking all strategic conference marketing activities on time, to standards and within budget.  Ensures that established processes are followed, corporate branding is maintained and that measurable objectives are achieved.

-Responsible for carrying out the activities included in each conference marketing strategy, including: coordinating print ad creation, drafting direct mail content, requesting email broadcasts, calling promotional item vendors, promotion and flyer creation, communications to company personnel and other activites as requested.
-Establishes CEE marketing budget and tracks expenses.
-Creates a marketing schedule of dates and activities.
-Works with event planner(s) to ensure that each event is adequately stocked with marketing liturature.
-Schedules marketing status meetings and coordinates with other departments to ensure that events are communicated throughout organization.
-Implements all assigned marketing activities and meets deadlines. Provides regular status reports to management.
-Contributions to Marketing and Enrollment include a focused attention on conference marketing to ensure success.
