RESPONSIBILITIES: The Math Marketing Managers will be responsible for providing strategic and successful marketing direction for specific product lines and market segments. Together with Marketing Leadership and in collaboration with Sales, Product Development and Product Management, the Math Marketing Managers will lead a team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns at the national and state level, as well as to maximize opportunities to drive sales, ensure revenue growth and expand within existing markets. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree preferred. Thorough understanding of marketing, educational publishing technology, finance and book production required. Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into solutions, an effective problem solver, and a decision maker. Proven ability to lead a team to create a supportive work climate required. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize a large volume of projects required. Strong track record of collaboration required.
