Network Specialist

St. Norbert College has an opening for a Network Specialist. The Network Specialist is part of a team that is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the campus-wide communications network, including data, voice, and video communications.  This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the network infrastructure (cable and network equipment) with particular attention paid to voice communications.   

 

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; a minimum of 4 years experience with computer technical support and data communications; and experience with local area networks and voice communications.  Experience with cable infrastructure (voice,video, and data) and with telecommunication equipment and protocols (including Voice Over IP) are highly desirable.
