Nurse Educator

Innova health Systems, a group of 3 -240 bed Skilled Nursing facilities located in Southern, NJ. has opening for a Nursing Education Coordinator in the Hammonton Facility.  Our Nurse Educators combine clinical expertise and a passion for teaching into rich and rewarding careers. They are responsible for preparing and mentoring current and future generations of Nurses.

 

The potential and the solution to the nursing shortage lies in the profession of nursing itself and the opportunities and can bring to young people thinking of entering into the healthcare field. The Nursing Educators position is responsible to help bring the image of healthcare nurses in line with the realities of the tremendous social importance and personal potential for career satisfaction. Through designing, implementing, evaluating and revising training and continuing education programs for new and experienced nurses, you can watch future nurses grow in confidence and skill and play a pivotal role in strengthening the nursing workforce, serving as a role model and providing the leadership needed to enable our nursing staff to care for our residents.

 

The ideal candidate must have a current RN license in the State of New Jersey, be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and 3 years experience in a health related facility and have knowledge of the health related issues of the geriatric population.
