Online Campus President

Herzing College is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader for the Campus President position at its Online campus in Milwaukee.  Herzing College is a private, regionally accredited, multi-campus (seven in the US and four in Canada), baccalaureate-level, career-oriented college with a 40-year history of providing life-changing educational opportunities to students from all walks of life. The Online campus services approximately 1400 online only students plus varying numbers of resident students taking individual courses. Diploma, Associate Degree, and Bachelor Degree programs are now offered and a MBA with several concentrations has been recommended for approval for the summer of 2008.  The President reports directly to the Executive Vice President of the Herzing College system.  The President’s main responsibility is to ensure the campus reaches aggressive enrollment and budgetary targets and rolls out new programs while maintaining high student satisfaction and ethical standards.  The President oversees key managers for Admissions, Financial Aid, Academics, and Career Services, and is responsible for ensuring cooperation among, and efficient practices within, these departments. There is a strong emphasis on entrepreneurial skills and the ability to grow an operation. 

 

Other qualifications include: master degree preferred, management/leadership experience in education, and budgetary experience.
