Health Teacher/Course Writer

Description: This position will support the Aventa, iQ and Keystone curriculum.Applicant must possess a state teaching certification in health in addition to a computer with the appropriate internet connectivity and software.  Experience within a classroom (regular or online) is required.This position is a temporary position through summer, 2008.Position is hired remotely and flexibility to from home office.Guidelines will be provided and followed to produce a high-quality, highly-interactive online product for 6 - 12 grade students.Technical team will be provided to produce graphics and interactives.Some responsibilities include writing basic content, assessments, and storyboarding tutorials.Work with other staff and faculty in a cooperative, professional atmosphereCollaborate with course writers, staff and/or teachers on an as-needed basis in order to enhance the curriculum. Participate in faculty meetings, hardware, software and/or educational training sessions as scheduled.

Company Structure:The course writer will report directly to the project manager and work closely with the curriculum staff.
