We are looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to help promote company growth.  This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the direction and success of a young company looking to make a large impact on the lives of young people throughout the country.

 

In this role you will be required to:

 Direct and oversee all operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Will be responsible for evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures and determining and implementing changes as necessary. Standardize accounting procedures and develop and maintain budgets.Participate in strategic planning and forecasting.Update, maintain and implement Human Resource policies and procedures to foster a team approach in a productive and rewarding environment.Assist departmental heads with recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates for employment.Design and conduct new hire orientation, benefits education, and ongoing employee training (sexual harassment, ergonomics, etc.)  Handle administration of company benefits.  Manager should have thorough knowledge of benefits provided and able to address any questions or issues related to such benefits. Will also be asked to assess benefit trends, review existing benefit packages and recommend new programs to management.  Assist with internal and external communication efforts including employee and customer newsletters and correspondence.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related functions as needed.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 5+ years of experience in managerial role.Excellent organizational and follow through skills.Experience with Human ResourcesSolid accounting and analytical capabilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4 year college degree.
