Oracle Applications Database Administrator

Full-time through 02/28/09 with possibility of reappointment and/or permanency. Requires 2-3 years of professional experience with Oracle 9i and 10g databases and applications servers (preferably Oracle iAS) running on Unix platform to include performance tuning, backup and recovery, maintenance, etc.; several years’ experience supporting enterprise resource planning software; Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. Preferred: 4 years of appropriate technical experience and Oracle database administration certification; experience with large-scale ERP systems with an emphasis on Financials and HR modules; experience with imaging and workflow applications; experience with change management and change control software applications as pertains to monitoring and auditing object migration and the storing, retrieval, logging, identification, and merging of revisions.
