The Art Institutes has an opportunity for sales professional to recruit students in the Birmingham, Alabama area as a High School Representative, focusing on Culinary programs. This is an entry level admissions position that requires the ability to meet production plans by scheduling and delivering dynamic multimedia presentations in the high school market. The territory includes the state of Alabama and the candidate will conduct culinary demonstrations in the high school classroom as well.

 

Ideal candidates will be:

• Have a love for the Culinary field

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently from home office.

• Able to meet and exceed production plans.

• Computer literate on a Windows platform.

• Able to travel overnight 50%-60% of the time during the 180-day school year.

• Able to deliver informative and motivational presentations on a wide range of creative career topics to a high school audience on a daily basis.

• Positive, caring, and have a need to help others.

• Effective communicators to large audiences.

• Accept responsibility for a given territory and the success of that territory.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but associate degree candidates will be considered.
