We are currently seeking Professional Education Managers for full time positions at our Eagan, Brooklyn Park & Eden Prairie, MN, locations. Local candidates only, please.  

 

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:

 Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to prioritize and work with limited direction.Ability to think strategically and critically to create processes and provide input for growth. Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to work effectively with internal departments and a diverse group of people.Minimum of five years educational sales/admissions experience or comparable industry experience. Proven experience with intangible product sales, demonstrating a balance of consultative sales and closing sales. Experience with targeted account sales and value selling.Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel.Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related discipline.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Build a pipeline of corporate referred students using tuition reimbursement and tuition assistance programs as well as identifying additional market opportunities for increasing student enrollment in the corporate arena. Identify target market via tuition reimbursement, preferred employers, student referrals, career services, etc.Create and implement a Corporate Partnership program which provides value to the education partners and to Rasmussen College, Inc.Create a quarterly event and activity plan. Build an adequate prospective student inquiry base; develop and maintain cohesive process to ensure effective representation of the College and efficient tracking of results.Recommend and implement strategies to increase account penetration, including establish processing for securing and tracking leads and account activity. Conduct informational and sales presentations and events with corporate partners and prospective students. Assists the Campus in meeting designated new student start goals from the corporate market; assists the admission process with prospective students from lead generation through first day of classes in coordination with campus-based representatives. Maintain market awareness and pursue opportunities; actively seek information on competitor offerings, programs, and market plans to share information with management and marketing department and assist in building an offensive and/or defensive response. Assist in development of externship partnerships in the medical field; provide leadership and guidance to Allied Health Department Chairs in creating an incentive package for medical facilities to become externship partners. Maintain reports; complete all enrollment paperwork, tracking documentation, and account documentation in a timely manner. Attend campus meetings and functions to provide information and input for operations and growth.
