PROGRAM COORDINATOR - TUTOR TIME

You will be trusted with a wide range of tasks that will be essential to the smooth running of the School as well as to the educational development of the children. Some of the exciting things that you will do as a Program Coordinator include, but are not limited to:  Oversee/plan the daily program for children with teachers. Establishes and maintains a safe, healthy learning environment for all classrooms. Helps a class of children learn in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of Tutor Time. Keep educational materials, equipment and the general room environment neat, safe, and clean. Work with teachers to plan and hold conferences with parents of child in the class. Promotes and maintains good rapport and working relationships with staff members. Participates in all staff training sessions. Conducts new hire orientations, tours, and staff introductions. Assists Director with accreditation process. Supervises preschool staff to assist with daily group activities to ensure physical and emotional well being of each child.
