We are in search of an EXCEPTIONAL PROJECT MANAGER working in New York City, NY. This is a Project Management client-facing position. This person will be required to facilitate all product development related meetings with the customer. (Ex. item reviews, form reviews, reviews of any new technology development, etc...) In addition, the person in this position will be required to coordinate product development schedules between the internal team and the customer. Will be accountable for the operational and administrative project management tasks, assisting and supporting the Sr. Project Manager. Highly visible position working with highly visible product line. This position requires working knowledge and understanding of what is involved in a multi-component online technology project. Must be fully responsible for managing the criteria for scope, cost, time, quality, staffing, and customer satisfaction. Outstanding collaborator and coordinator, pulling all functional teams together and elevating issues as needed. Must view the big picture of project, yet work through it to the finest details and precise strategies. Manages cross-functional teams for large, complex custom programs. Responsible for meeting program commitments which include producing high quality customer deliverables, meeting budget goals and ensuring deliverables according to established schedules. Develop written specifications, creates and maintains the project schedule and budget while coordinating activities between various groups across CTB. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree with 5 + years project management experience in a client-facing position working with external clients.OR Minimum 7 years experience working as a Project Manager in a client-facing position working with external clients.Additional Required Experience: Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, proficient level. Experience managing at least 1 full life-cycle $ 30 + million complex program with external clients. Must be highly organized, self directed, and able to direct multiple projects and people simultaneously while operating with a sense of urgency and the ability to find and implement solutions quickly. Proven ability to work with others successfully, including internal staff and outside customers, to design, plan and deliver solutions. Must have exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to high levels of management with the ability to influence others. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, follow financial and corporate guidelines and commitment to CTB financial and business goals.
