REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of local job market, electronic media, direct response, referral programs, etc. JTPA, other grants, 90/10 Rule. Retention, placement, motivation of staff, training. Default management, regulatory audits. Budget preparation and tracking. Excellent networking ability to attract and hire branch management personnel. Proficient in P&L responsibility, labor relations, achieving admissions starts, operations, accreditation, team building, student relations, Financial Aid, and placement.

 

Candidates must have at least two-three years' experience as a Proprietary School Director/School President.  ALL OTHERS NEED NOT APPLY.

Looking for a current (or employed within one year) Proprietary School President/School Director.  A dynamic leader with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.

 

SALARY:


$80,000 - $200,000 Base - with a performance base bonus (25-50%)
