Receptionist – Part time (Evenings and Saturdays)

We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist at our Portland campus to work Mon-Thursday 430-10pm and Saturday from 9a-1pm.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer a multi-line phone and direct calls to the proper individuals or the voice mail system.Greet students and guests and direct them to proper departmentEnter data into student databaseUpdating student files Processing mailMonitor entrance examinationsAccomplish all duties and tasks as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent is required.  2 yrs related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceFamiliarity with various business software (WP, MSWord, Excel) and telephone systems Must have customer service orientationAbility to relate well with other staff, handle emergency situations with confidence. Help others resolve problems and minor conflicts.Able to type 60 words per minuteBilingual in Spanish and English is desirable.
