President

Professional qualifications sought in presidential applicants include:

 

· Active Catholic faith life

· Passion for the value of faith-based Catholic education

· Ability to externally advance CMH adaption of the President/Principal model of governance and appropriately support academic operations

· Familiarity with long-range planning and ability to provide guidance to and facilitate the work of the Board of Directors

· Sound understanding of accounting and finance and ability to oversee financial planning and management

· Vision to lead long-range strategic planning

· Excellent leadership, communication, teambuilding, organizational, and analytical skills

· Ability to manage by objectives and to coach others in that regard

· Advanced or appropriate degree
