Program Director

Prominent Manhattan children’s enrichment and preschool program, seeks a dynamic early childhood educator with excellent interpersonal skills as a new Program Director. Candidates must have a graduate degree in Education or a related field, 2-5 years teaching experience and a background in the arts. Responsibilities include curriculum and staff development, interfacing with young children and parents, hiring and managing a diverse teaching staff of arts and preschool professionals, all scheduling, and managing the day-to-day operation of the Program. The Director must have the energy to handle many challenges at the same time and the ability to set the tone and spirit of the Program. Position begins mid- June.
