Quality Assurance Tester

As a successful Quality Assurance Tester, you will utilize your talents to perform testing on new software/hardware to be implemented in the organization to ensure productions readiness.

As a successful Quality Assurance Tester, you will:

- Develop and execute test scripts based on business requirements, and document results.
- Work with development staff and engineers to determine appropriate fixes to identified bugs and execute regression testing.
- Assist project manager in planning testing approach and level of effort to complete.


We require:

- BSCS or degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience testing software with understanding of QA processes and standards.
- Familiarity with the system development life-cycle.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and procedures
- Able to use standard Microsoft suite of office applications
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Maintain excellent time management practices
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- The ability to work in rapidly changing situations and still drive for results
