The International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) in San Antonio, TX is seeking candidates for the following position:RECEPTIONISTResponsibilities: Greet visitors and announce appointments. Screen and transfer incoming calls. Assign leads and process lead data. Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail. Produce copies and prepare packages for mailing. Process enrollments and application fees. Update daily reports. Troubleshoot. Maintain and audit new student folders Requirements: AS, BS/BA or equivalent education. 1 or 2 years clerical and customer service experience preferred. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Basic math skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner in a fast paced environment Ability to handle multi-line phone system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to use discretion and judgment. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
