Quality Improvement Healthcare Coordinator

This position will be based out of the corporate office located in Randolph and will travel throughout MA, CT and (on occasion) FL and GA to oversee the adequacy of healthcare services provided by May Institute staff.

This position is part-time three days per week and includes day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities: Conduct independent audits according to the monitoring plan and perform follow-up reviews Review and revise corporate policies and procedures and assist with programmatic policies and procedures Conduct investigations Conduct Peer Reviews Facilitate best practice

Requirements: Current RN license Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with human service organizations and HIPAA
